The app offers a variety of workout programs based on your personal data, fitness level and goals. There are options suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced users, we have a pre and post-natal friendly option, and STRNG is suitable for users aged 16 or over.
The workouts include demonstration videos for all individual exercises so that you can complete your training with confidence.
We do not recommend performing STRNG workouts with an injury, unless you have received approval from a healthcare professional beforehand.
